Activ Surgical recently announced the opening of its European operations and the appointment of Holger Schipper as the general manager and vice president.

Quil Health, a joint venture between Independence Health Group and Comcast, is collaborating with AmeriHealth Caritas on a program to support caregivers who look after family and friends who are Medicaid members.
AmeriHealth Caritas is bolstering the assistance it provides to informal caregivers through Quil Engage. The digital health platform provides organized and actionable information for caregivers as they look after the health of loved ones. Through the program, caregivers will receive a code to register with the platform, download an app to a smartphone or tablet, and complete a survey. Based on users’ responses to the survey questions, they will receive written, video, and interactive content applicable to their needs.
