Medicine on the Move, a 45-foot mobile healthcare center operated by OptumCare, will be visiting locations across northern Nevada Tuesday, Sept. 15 through Friday, Sept. 18.

Senior patients who may have missed an annual wellness screening earlier in the year due to concerns of COVID-19 now have an opportunity to make them up.

Services provided by Medicine on the Move are open to UnitedHealth Care AARP Medicare Advantage Nevada members and will include annual wellness exams and mammograms.

Medicine on the Move will be visiting the following locations:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 15: Grand Sierra Resort and Casino — Lot 6 (next to Grand Bay Driving Range), 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 16: Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, Sept. 17: Grand Sierra Resort and Casino — Lot 6 (next to Grand Bay Driving Range), 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 18: South Lyon Medical Center, Yerington, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
